At times they cover a large part of your body: on the thighs, upper arms, breasts and buttocks aside from the abdominal wall that is the common place where stretch marks are found.

Pregnancy is often the main cause of stretch marks, though, there are other reasons that cause stretch marks; hereditary (if your mother has stretch marks, chances are you’ll have them as well), weight gain/loss or stress.

Once the time has been exhausted, use a thin cotton cloth to wrap the area then apply some heat to this area using a hot water bottle. Do this for at least 30minutes and ensure you repeat this procedure for one month if you want successful results.

Egg Whites

Sounds a little weird, right? Well, eggs are rich sources of proteins so you’ll have to use egg whites to help rejuvenate your skin. You could use a makeup brush to apply the affected area with the whites of at least two eggs. Give the egg whites time to dry up then use cold water to rinse the area. Keep your skin moisturized by applying olive oil on the skin.
