Even when the packaging says sugar free they are not revealing that they use sugar in different forms to conceal the fact that they do.
You may be wondering just how much food is loaded with sugar. According to research, 80% of food in supermarkets contains one form of sugar or another. You may wonder why you don’t taste it apart from when you buy foods that are supposed to be sweet. You should buy leans meats such as beef, chicken, different kinds of fish and turkey. You should also eat healthy carbs such as sweet potatoes, pasta, brown rice, potatoes, legumes and more. Buy lots of fruits and vegetables and get5 at least 5 servings a day. You should also juice a lot – it helps you lose weight and detox. In addition to that drink plenty of water – some studies have shown that when people think they are hungry that are actually thirsty. Drinking water reduces your urge to eat.
Does exercise help to lose weight?
It does, but not as much as previously thought. There are people who have worked out for years to no avail. If you want to lose weight through exercise you will have to do the high impact stuff, the kind that cadets in the army go through. Most people don’t have the inclination, let alone the time, to go through that kind of thing. It is much easier to eat a better diet that is sugar free.
Rest is also important. Research has shown that people who don’t get enough rest are more prone to weight gain. You should get at between 6 and 8 hours of sleep every night. Take time to relax as well – stress will promote the chances of you being overweight.
